Welcome to the February 2014 Recap & Relaunch Webinar
Implementation Checklist and ICD-10-CM Mental Health & Nervous System

Its not too late to join HTHUs ICD-10 Survival Program for Physician Practices/Clinics! Februarys webinar reviewed highlights of the previous webinars, while continuing forward to ensure you remain on target for the October implementation. We dont want to leave anyone behind, and this is your chance to hear what you should have completed and/or should be working on in order to remain on course for a successful implementation. We will review where you should be to-date with your administrative functions such as monitoring your gap analysis, vendor and payer readiness, contingency planning, as well as utilizing the GEMs in order to prepare for your documentation reviews. We will then cover new material to discuss the next two chapters on our line-up, mental health and the nervous system.

- Prepare a gap analysis and budget impact for your practice as well as prepare for documentation review by producing a GEM table.
- Identify code changes and documentation requirements based on code mapping within chapters 5 & 6 of ICD-10-CM.
